The precision and quality of a mold will directly impact the precision and quality of the part created from the mold. Therefore, high quality molds are essential to successfully manufacture high-quality composite parts.

There is a nearly endless selection of tools, materials, and methods that can be used to create molds, which can make mold manufacturing confusing and intimidating. The objective of this course is to provide a foundation of knowledge and hands-on training so that mold making does not become a barrier in the process of manufacturing composite parts.
